Sub group Algebraic structures

Let áG, *ñ and áS, *ñ be any two algebraic structures forming groups under the same binary operation * and SÌG, then S is called a subgroup of the group under the binary operation *. For example the set of all integers under the binary operation of addition is a subgroup of the group of rational numbers under addition.
